Role & responsibilities

senior design professional

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end
design calculations for belt & pipe conveyors
as per
IS Standards & CEMA
Hands-on use of
Sidewinder / Newton
for conveyor system analysis
Design & sizing of
idlers, pulleys, drive systems and related components
Equipment selection for
crushers, screens, feeders
and other bought-out items
Preparation of
GA drawings and complete system layouts
Calculation of conveyor load data for
structural and civil coordination
Lead and guide
design teams
for multiple EPC projects
Technical interaction with
clients, consultants and vendors
Support
costing and estimation
of conveyor systems

Mandatory Requirements (Keeps Wrong Profiles Away)

Strong
hands-on conveyor design experience
(not execution/site only)
Proven experience in
Bulk Material Handling EPC projects
Working knowledge of
IS Standards & CEMA
Experience with
Sidewinder or Newton software
Experience in
team handling and technical leadership
