Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Brand Partnership and Alliance at NoBroker, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and address customer's marketing and advertising-related issues. You will function as an extended marketing arm for brands, ensuring a Customer-First approach in all actions. Your main tasks will involve identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Additionally, you will be involved in campaign planning and execution based on client briefs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new brand/company opportunities based on market trends and knowledge of current advertisers - Develop go-to-market strategies by translating brand elements into actionable plans - Reach out and establish connections with identified brands/companies - Understand clients' businesses, identify their marketing challenges, and gather marketing campaign briefs - Plan advertising campaigns according to the briefs and obtain client approval for execution - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors' activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as per commitments - Coordinate with clients for seamless workflow and reporting of ongoing advertising campaigns - Ensure monthly/yearly revenue targets are met - Prepare Daily Task Reports - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities - Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs Relationship Management: - Establish strong business relationships with clients - Cultivate a culture of high performance and innovation within the team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager - Demonstrated ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executives - Experience in identifying target audiences and creating effective campaigns - Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix - Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset - Data-driven thinking and proficiency in working with numbers - Exceptional communication skills - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing - Degree in marketing or a related field Note: The company offers a Performance Bonus and Private Health Insurance to its employees.
