Sr. Manager Blowers Rotary

Required Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge in Troubleshooting Rotary equipment's, Startup, Shutdown Procedure, Overhauling methods, Alignment Techniques, Bearing inspection and rectification methods.
• Strong understanding of Operation and Maintenance of Axial Blower, Turbo Blower, Series Blowers, Fans, Vacuum pump, Screw compressor, Reciprocating compressors...
• Proficiency in Process Control System.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policy.
• Lead, Train, and develop plant staff.
• Ensure continuous supply of combustion air as per customer requirements.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as Blowers, compressors, Boosters, Driers, Vacuum pumps, and Valves to ensure optimal performance.
• Optimize maintenance practices and procedures to achieve cost-effective results, including resource scheduling, training, and high-quality execution with a focus on safety, availability, and reliability.
• Lead planned and unplanned shutdowns, ensuring job plan, critical path schedule, and high-quality execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance methods, reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and improving Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and observations for continuous improvement.
• Adopt best engineering practices, systems, and procedures for plant operation and maintenance.
• Ensure effective preventive and condition-based maintenance.
• Prepare scope of work and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) as per OEM recommendations.
• Maintain performance and maintenance records of equipment.
