Candidate Specifications:

Candidate should have 13+ years of experience in B2B sales-inside sales role.

A passion for customer experience and driving team results

Experience in operations and strategy building o Excellent Coaching history

A record of developing and retaining great employees

Experience maximizing revenue through best practices

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Experience of finding solutions as a manager

Change Management skills.
