Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Marketing & Business Development Executives. We are hiring freshers across the following roles: Social Media Management Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Write parent- and child-friendly captions, respond to comments, track engagement. Support campaigns to promote toy/book sharing, coaching, and events. Field Marketing Visit venues and coaches in Chennai to explain the KiddeBudde platform. Onboard venues and coaches as partners to host activities and sessions. Support community events and outreach activities. Cold Calling (Inside Sales) Call and connect with parents and venue partners. Explain platform benefits, onboard new users, and sell venue tickets for activities/events. Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and achieve sales targets. Cold Calling + Event Management Outreach to parents and venue partners via calls. Assist in planning and coordinating community events (play sessions, book swaps). Handle logistics, promotion, and post-event feedback. Eligibility Education: Arts, Commerce, Management, Media, or Event Management graduates only Freshers (0-1 year experience) may apply Good communication skills in (English & Tamil preferred) Energetic, people-friendly, and eager to learn Note: Engineering students are not eligible for this role Job Type : Full-time, Fresher Work Mode : Field + Office (Chennai based)
