We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, explaining our coaching programs, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain our training details (syllabus and others)
Follow up on leads and close sales where possible.
Maintain a database of customer information and calls made.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Tamil).
Prior experience in telesales/customer service preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
