About the Role:

Telecaller

 

Location: Chennai

Mode: Onsite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective Students
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Explain our training programs and their benefits to students.
  • Maintain and update the students' database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
  • Follow up with leads for closures.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
