About the Role:

Telecaller

Location: Chennai

Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective Students
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Explain our training programs and their benefits to students.
Maintain and update the students' database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Follow up with leads for closures.

Requirements:

2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
