Purpose of the Job

Provide assurance on the accuracy of Stocks reported and lay a check on the controls around Inventory

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

• Process Responsibilities

• Chalk out the monthly audit schedule and get it approved from MD
• Be personally involved in scheduled audits and surprise audits
• Question the inaccuracies observed during audit
• Loss Prevention & Investigation: Loss Prevention Strategy,

  Shrinkage Control,

• Internal/External Theft Investigations, Fraud Detection, CCTV Surveillance, Incident Reporting
• Check Project Vendor Bill submissions as an independent expert so as to determine accuracy of measurements and billing.
• Ensure the monthly debits are executed in the case of stock pilferages
• Has the authority to question every process within the inventory / commercial areas and make audit reports on the same.
