Sr. Manager / AGM – Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a qualified and results-driven Senior Manager / Asst. General Manager – Finance & Accounts to head our F&A department at the Head Office in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in balance sheet preparation and finalization, profit & loss accounts, general accounting, banking instruments, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function for the company.

• Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements in compliance with statutory and internal guidelines.

• Handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Manage Bank Guarantees (BG), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and Letters of Credit (LC).

• Oversee fund flow, cash flow management, and working capital requirements.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other regulatory compliances.

• Provide strategic inputs to management for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

• Support business functions with relevant MIS and financial analysis.
