Sr Manager Accounts

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant / Chartered Accountant with around 1-2 years of experience in a CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, audits, and compliance assignments across varied client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Finalization:

• Handle end-to-end accounting and finalization of books of accounts (Individual, Partnership, LLP, and Companies).
• Prepare and review financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

• Taxation:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
• Handle TDS returns, GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return), and reconciliations.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

• Audit & Assurance:

• Conduct statutory, tax, internal, and GST audits as per applicable laws.
• Draft audit reports and maintain documentation as per professional standards.

• Compliance & Advisory:

• Support in ROC filings, company incorporations, and other MCA compliances.
• Provide advisory support on accounting, taxation, and business matters.

• Client Coordination:

• Interact with clients for data collection, clarification, and reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain high client satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Tally ERP/ Tally Prime/ Excel

   / Winman
• Working knowledge of

  GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances

  .
• Good understanding of

  accounting standards and audit procedures

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Qualification:

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com

   with relevant experience.
• Minimum

  at least 1-2 years

   of experience in a

  CA firm environment

   is preferable

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Range: INR50,000/- to INR1,00,000/-
