Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience in FMCG sales & marketing. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail, distributor, and modern trade presence while also supporting e-commerce growth. Products include spices, pickles, cold-pressed coconut oil, and herbal hair oil. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales across retail outlets, distributors, supermarkets, and modern trade channels. Promote and market company products through direct sales, brand promotions, and digital campaigns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & marketing targets. Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships. Conduct market research on competitors and suggest promotional strategies. Support product visibility in exhibitions, sampling campaigns, and trade fairs. Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and market insights. Requirements Education (Preferred): B.Com (Marketing), M.Com (Marketing), MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales) or any equivalent degree/diploma related to Marketing & Sales. Experience: 3-4 years in FMCG sales & marketing. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of basic digital marketing tools is desirable. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license. Languages: Fluency in English & Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages is an advantage). Willing to travel across Pan India for business needs. As the company expands its retail and distribution network, we are looking for a skilled Admin and Accounts Executive to strengthen our back-office operations and financial management. Job Summary The Admin and Accounts Executive will manage the companys day-to-day accounts and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably prior experience in an auditors office, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and smooth administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities A. Accounts Responsibilities Record and maintain all daily financial transactions in Tally ERP. Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expense entries. Prepare GST invoices, assist with GST returns and filing. Maintain and reconcile bank statements and petty cash. Support auditors with documentation, vouchers, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up for outstanding payments. Assist with payroll preparation, salary disbursement, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS). Generate monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, expense statements). B. Administrative Responsibilities Handle office correspondence, document management, and filing. Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, courier partners, and service providers. Oversee procurement of office and packaging materials. Organize and assist in meetings, presentations, and business events. Maintain office maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative records. Prepare letters and reports as required by management. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with accounting and audit processes. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate independently and meet deadlines. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s /master’s degree in accounting. Certification or Diploma in Tally / Accounting Software preferred. Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Administration. Experience in an Auditor’s Office is highly preferred. Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Trading industry will be an added advantage.
