Position: Sr Maintenance Engineer
1 To ensure execution of Preventive, Predictive, B/d &
Shutdown maintenance.
2 To solve breakdown of ABB Robots, Water jet cutting
machine, Hydraulic press machine, PU foaming &
Conveyor line machine.
3 To handle Electrical / mechanical / tooling / hydraulic
maintenance.
4 Responsible for shift handling.
5 Repairing equipment.
6 Managing spare parts and its records.
7 Responsible for Utility machines likes: Compressors,
DG, HT/LT panels, ETP, STP, Cooling Towers operation
and to maintain its records.
8 Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
9 To maintain TS 16949, SAP PM Module, Poke-yoke,
Kaizens, TPM, MTTR, MTBF, CAPA, Breakdown
resolving tools, low cost automations etc.
10 To initiate Industrial IOT projects.
