Sr. Liferay Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Liferay portlets using MVC, MVCPortlet, JSF, or Vaadin.
• Build OSGi-based modules and custom Liferay components.
• Work with Liferay Service Builder for custom entities and services.
• Create themes, layout templates, fragments, and style books.
• Integrate Liferay with REST APIs, Headless APIs, and JSON-based services.
• Configure workflows using Liferay Kaleo.
• Implement RBAC, permissions, SSO, LDAP, OAuth integrations.
• Support Liferay upgrades and migrations.
• Work with Java 8/11, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, JSP/Servlets.
• Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular for UI enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in

  Liferay DXP (7.x or later)

  .
• Strong knowledge of portal architecture, content management, and administration.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JSON/XML.
• Experience with Tomcat, Maven/Gradle, Git, SQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
