Responsibilities Include:

• Validation and coordination of agreements with customers, including NDAs and standard contracts.
• Similarly, validation and coordination of agreements with vendors.
• Validation of Bank Guarantee drafts.
• Validation of Letter of Credit drafts.
• Attending web meetings with customers and vendors on a need basis.
• Drafting general legal letters.
• Updating the company's signing rights .
• Coordination between internal stakeholders and consultants.
• Assisting the Sales department with bid submissions by providing the company’s standard information, such as GST details, PAN, company activities, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations.
• Customs Laws

Coordination with Corporate Matter Consultants for:

• Arranging board meetings and Annual General Meetings
• Finalizing the agenda of the meetings and informing the consultant.
• Vetting documents such as notices, obtaining necessary signatures, and ensuring circulation through authorized personnel.
• Arranging video conference calls with the required infrastructure.
• Obtaining signatures on documents and ensuring proper filing.
• Providing documents to statutory auditors.
• Filing various returns as per company law within due dates.
