Sr. Learning & Development Specialist

As the Sr. Learning & Development Specialist at OpenGov's Pune office, you will play a crucial role in the employee onboarding and training experience. Your responsibilities will include facilitating new hire onboarding sessions, delivering role-based enablement sessions, and localizing onboarding materials for cultural relevance while aligning with global standards. You will also track feedback, support training logistics, and partner with local leaders to enhance the overall onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate new hire onboarding sessions and serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days. - Deliver role-based enablement sessions in partnership with the Enablement Manager and department leads. - Localize onboarding materials for cultural relevance while aligning with global standards. - Track feedback and identify improvements based on learner insights and engagement data. - Support training logistics, communications, and LMS coordination for local sessions. - Identify and implement creative solutions to unique onboarding challenges in a fast-scaling, cross-cultural environment. - Influence local department leaders to adopt onboarding best practices and ensure consistency with global standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee training, onboarding, or internal communications. - Comfortable leading live sessions with high energy and clarity. - Experience working with global teams and localizing content for cultural fit. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital knowledge systems. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global enablement team. - Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications in facilitation or instructional design are a plus.,
