Job Description

Role Title: Senior Executive - Learning & Development

Department: Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

L&D Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Overview:

Responsible in designing, supporting & coordinating Learning and Development activities in the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Able to coordinate with stakeholders to conduct training need analysis & post program Effectiveness
  • Develop Program Structure/ agenda for Training Workshops
  • Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
  • Conduct organization-wide competency assessment and training needs analysis and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Use known education principles and sources and stay updated on new training methods and techniques.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
  • Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification, wherever required.
  • Understand the Learning Management System followed within the Organization and be a champion for promoting the usage of the application among the employees.

Other Responsibilities

  • Check invoices / bills received from various consultants and vendors, process in time for payment in coordination with the Accounts department.
  • Execute roll out of training interventions including vendors, timelines, target audience and location.
  • Arrange training logistics (with support) and drive delivery of training.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for both pre-program details participant lists, attendance, & Post program feedback & effectiveness.
  • Ensure all related documents are properly filed & organized
  • Able to research, collate & analyse preliminary data

Skills and Specifications:

  • Should have Excellent Spoken & Written Communication skills.
  • Confident in presenting to small audiences
  • High Learnability - Committed to improving own Knowledge & Skills
  • Should be proficient in computer Skills (MS word, Power Point, Excel)

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: MBA - HR / Post Graduation in Psychology

Work Experience: 2-4 years experience in HR - Learning and Development

Behavioural competencies: Integrity, Drive, Initiative & Structured Working
