• Develop and update artwork and animation for digital gaming projects.
• Focus on asset pipelines using code (e.g., JSON) to ensure performance efficiency, optimization, and visual quality.
• Ensure relevant processes regarding asset management, file organization, and output configuration are accurately completed.
• Deliver assets on time to specification with thorough attention to detail.
• Conduct peer reviews to check work for accuracy and quality.
• Craft game documentation as per business needs.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to achieve the highest quality games possible.
• Mentor and guide junior artists, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our processes and products.
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a technical artist role within the gaming industry.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimizing asset pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in coding languages such as JSON and Python.
• Outstanding skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Art, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for gaming and a drive to build outstanding game experiences.
