**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Recruitment Manager for the Bio-Energy business, your primary role is to drive end-to-end hiring processes for all functions and levels. You will work closely with leadership to identify top talent, build future pipelines, and support business expansion within the renewable energy sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the business's growth objectives. - Lead the full-cycle hiring process for technical, plant, and leadership positions. - Utilize various sourcing strategies, including portals, networking, and headhunting, to identify and attract top talent. - Provide insights to stakeholders on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends. - Manage and mentor the recruitment team/partners to enhance their skills and performance. - Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and candidate experience. - Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation in the renewable energy sector. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/PG in HR or equivalent qualification. - 8 to 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role. - Preferably have exposure to the energy, renewables, or process industries. In this role, you will be evaluated based on key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction, recruitment cost optimization, and the development of strong pipelines for critical skills.,
