Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing customer project deliveries in the Cloud & Security domain, specifically focusing on Zscaler Zero Trust Network Architecture planning and implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. As an operational role, your focus will be on delivering results that directly impact project outcomes based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage initiation, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and execution of projects using standard templates. - Discuss customer requirements, feasibility, and operational aspects of proposed solutions with the Engineering team, analyzing internal technical capabilities for solution delivery. - Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against established metrics. - Support in managing project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. - Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies. - Conduct periodic meetings with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to discuss issues and action items. - Identify areas of improvement and drive specific initiatives to address customer concerns related to order delivery. - Plan for integration with existing platforms and processes, identifying technology and outsourced partners for product/service implementation. - Drive technical deployment planning and implementation, including installation of operating systems, network configuration, and monitoring implementation success. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. - Ensure timely response to customer queries. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification & experience in program management or related field. - Desired skill sets include reporting, proposal writing, budget planning, knowledge of program and project management methods, risk assessment, time management, troubleshooting experience of network, equipment, and systems, capacity utilization management, hands-on technical understanding of IT, networking systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
