Role Description

The Sr. Lead Generation & Marketplace Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, identifying and capitalizing on market growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, refining outreach campaigns, and driving sales growth through effective project management and communication. This role will involve consistently exploring innovative means to grow the marketplace while delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation to inform actionable business strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders and clients
• Proven experience in sales and lead generation, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
• Prior experience or knowledge in the digital marketing and consulting domain is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
