Description
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments. Participate in code reviews to ensure the highest code quality and knowledge sharing. Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance and support in technical and design challenges. Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for new features and products. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development. Ensure the integration of Java applications with external systems, APIs, and databases. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and continuous integration processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong portfolio of Java-based projects. Expertise in Java, J2EE, and relevant frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.). Strong experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
