Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior IT Service Analyst to deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing IT issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization. You will be expected to respond to and resolve IT support requests through phone, email, or chat. Additionally, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues and providing effective solutions will be key aspects of your role. It is imperative to document and track support tickets using IT service management tools and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required. Moreover, your assistance with system updates, installations, and maintenance tasks will be crucial to the team's success. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in Windows/Mac OS, networking, and IT support tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also highly valued. This is a full-time position with an evening shift schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
