Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT roles directly from the client’s location
  • Engage with client hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, social media & databases
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, closure rate, submission quality)
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure hiring SLAs are met

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of experience in

    IT recruitment

    , preferably in

    implant/RPO models

  • Strong understanding of IT skill sets and hiring processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Familiar with ATS tools and recruitment reporting
  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
