Sr. IT Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, and troubleshooting. As a Senior IT Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the company's IT systems, ensuring seamless operation across all technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Lead the installation, configuration, and management of software applications, hardware systems, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Oversee system upgrades, backups, and data recovery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions and improve existing systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and manage IT security protocols.
• Manage and support various internal and external communications systems (e.g., EPABX, CCTV, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and IT security practices.
• Proven experience in project management and technical leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Range: Rs. 20000-30,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
