Job Description

Looking for a candidate having a strong experience in Oracle HCM Modules.
Particularly worked on Benefits module or on Payroll module.
Looking for a immediate joiner or someone who is serving NP.
Work Location-Pune
Work Mode-5 Days WFO (For initial 3 months) post that hybrid mode
Experience range- 6 to 12 years

ey asks for the role:

This IC will be responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into Oracle ERP HCM Cloud solutions.
Provides implementation and post-implementation triage and support of business software solutions.
Writes technical specifications and documentation.

Must have skills:

Expertise in experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM(Leave & Absence) and Benefits with at least one (1) full life cycle implementation
Hands on experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools such as HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, Approval workflow development (Any)
Experience working on the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles

Good to have skills:

Preferred Certifications in Oracle HCM modules, Agile Methodology
