Sr IT Coordinator

The Senior IT Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, coordinating with vendors, and providing technical support to users. The role also involves contributing to IT policy development, cybersecurity, and strategic planning to align IT operations with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or coordination roles (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking concepts, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset management and helpdesk systems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
