Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Maintain and optimize HRIS applications, ensuring updates, patches, and system enhancements.
Integrate HRIS with payroll, time, and talent systems, ensuring data consistency and troubleshooting issues.
Lead and support HRIS-related projects, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure data privacy compliance, maintain CMDB accuracy, and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to HR and IT teams for HRIS applications.
Collaborate with HR and IT for process improvements and system enhancements.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance related to HRIS.
Monitor system compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
