As a Sales Executive at The Knowledge Academy, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. Your role will involve successfully selling to a diverse international audience and utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize opportunities. You will drive new customer acquisitions, manage customer relationships, and maintain the highest standards of communication, product knowledge, and business acumen. Additionally, you will develop relationships with customers to build your pipeline and travel internationally for upskilling programs and client engagements. Anticipating consumer needs, improving customer satisfaction, and staying updated on market trends will be crucial aspects of your role.
