Job Description

As a Sales Executive at The Knowledge Academy, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include successfully selling to dynamic international audiences, exploring and utilizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving new customer acquisitions, and managing customer relationships. You will also be responsible for managing pre-sales support, ensuring high standards of communication, product knowledge, and business acumen.
