Sr. Interior Designer

About The Opportunity

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept and schematic design through construction documentation and on-site handover.
• Create space plans, mood boards, FF&E packages and detailed working drawings that reflect client briefs and regulatory requirements.
• Produce and manage high-quality construction documents using AutoCAD.
• Oversee site execution: conduct regular site visits, resolve design queries, review mock-ups and ensure quality control against design intent.
• Ventor and review deliverables from junior designers, enforce design standards and drive continuous improvement in studio processes.
• 3D Rendering experience is must required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven track record of leading commercial/retail/hospitality interior projects with on-site execution experience.
• Strong client-facing experience, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work on tight project schedules; willingness to travel to sites across India.
  

• Hands-on project ownership and leadership exposure across national fit-out projects.
• Collaborative studio environment with mentorship and opportunities for skill development.
• On-site role with competitive compensation aligned to experience and project responsibility.
