Sr. Insights Analyst

As an Insight Analyst for the Cloud Success Insights Team, your role is crucial in delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations to empower Cloud Leaders in driving various programs within Customer Success. Your responsibilities will include providing dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team, requiring collaboration with different teams within CSG. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate versatility in tackling a diverse range of problem statements through in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation. - Maintain a proactive attitude towards embracing new challenges. - Take ownership and ensure end-to-end accountability, addressing stakeholder concerns promptly. - Provide timely responses to questions raised by senior leaders, sometimes requiring a flexible working approach outside standard hours. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role. - Curious mindset enabling deep insights discovery. - Extensive experience in writing complex database queries in SQL for data preparation. - Excellent storytelling skills to convert analysis into executive-level stories. - Expertise in one or more popular visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel charts. - Demonstrated experience in creating and presenting data, dashboards, and analysis to the leadership team, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives. - Strong ownership mentality, assuming responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Tableau certification such as desktop specialist/professional is a significant advantage. - Experience working with cloud data sources. - Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, machine learning using Python/R.,
