The Insight Analyst for the Cloud Success Insights Team plays a crucial role in delivering data-driven actionable insights and strategic recommendations to empower Cloud Leaders in driving various programs within Customer Success. Collaborating with different teams within CSG is essential for providing dedicated analytics support to a specific cloud team. Demonstrating versatility in addressing a diverse range of problem statements, the Analyst engages in in-depth analysis, strategic planning, forecasting, data visualization, and effective presentation while embracing new challenges proactively. This individual contributor role holds high visibility and delivers significant business impact, requiring strong ownership and end-to-end accountability to fully address stakeholder concerns. Timely responses to inquiries from senior leaders are necessary, sometimes necessitating a flexible working approach outside standard hours. **Must-Have Skills:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a data analytics role. - Analysis: Possess a curious mindset enabling deep dives for insights. - Data Preparation: Extensive experience in writing complex database queries using SQL. - Storytelling: Excellent ability to convert analysis into an executive-level narrative. - Visualization: Expertise in utilizing popular visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel charts. - Presentation: Demonstrated experience in creating and presenting data, dashboards, and analysis to the leadership team, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to executives. - Ownership: Assume responsibility for assigned projects from inception to completion. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Tableau certification (e.g., desktop specialist/professional) is advantageous. - Experience working with cloud data sources. - Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, and machine learning using Python/R.,
