Responsibilities include consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. You should be able to sell to a wide variety of dynamic international audiences successfully and enthusiastically. Explore, identify, and utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business. Drive new customer acquisitions, manage customer relationships, and maintain pre-sales support. Ensure highest standards of communication, product knowledge, and business acumen. Develop relationships with customers to build your pipeline and anticipate consumer needs. Stay updated on market, competitor, and industry trends to remain competitive. International travel opportunities for upskilling programs, management meetings, and client engagement. Review customer activity, improve customer satisfaction, and influence the sales roadmap. Experience & Qualifications required are a minimum of 6 months sales experience, preferably in the Technology Sector. Background in selling EdTech or other technology-based services markets is beneficial. Strong understanding of the technology or education industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Functional competencies in time and data management, accuracy of record-keeping, and the drive to achieve excellence. Fluency in English with no MTI influence and the ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
