Sr IAM Analyst

Job Title: IAM Analyst

Location: Remote (Only from India)

Experience: 5+ years

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Short term Contract

Overlap: Must be able to work in US/Canada Eastern Time Zone

Dual Employment: Prohibited; Must end dual employment before onboarding if applicable.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of general IAM Domain and specifically Identity Governance.

• Strong analytical skills, specifically data analysis in Microsoft excel.

• Information Security background including an understanding of the security best practices, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.

• 5+ years of IAM experience.

• Solid understanding of RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and access remediation.

• Solid understanding of Access Controls – (e.g. life cycle management of certifications);

• Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to express complex thoughts clearly, know how to listen and contribute in a team environment.

• Work successfully in a matrixed IT and business team environment.

• Experience working with tasks for access governance functions; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Governance including access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures, etc.

• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.

• Experience working in high performing team and establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• Good understanding of various tools/platforms (i.e: SailPoint, Active Directory, UNIX-flavor systems and/or LDAP)

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple application owners and stakeholders. 

• Competent to work on complex projects independently.

*Required Tech Stack: IAM, Identity Governance, Access Certification, RBAC, Access Controls

*Optional Tech Stack: SailPoint, Active Directory, UNIX, LDAP, Preferably, candidates who have experience in Financial Services.

*Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions.
