Sr. HR Recruiter

Job description:

Preferring candidates from Tiruppur.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Perform background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Negotiate job offers and handle all aspects of the hiring process.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions to inform recruiting strategies.
