Sr. HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process. You will also assist with the performance management and review process department-wise, handle employee engagement, and oversee exit formalities. Furthermore, you will ensure proper housekeeping and security at the head office and sites, implement rewards & recognition programs, and address employee grievances while handling discipline in accordance with company policy. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR (preferably in the same industry). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and punctuality are essential traits for this position. Immediate joiners are preferred.
