We are looking for an HR & Client Service Executive to join us and play a pivotal role in supporting our people, operations, and clients.

Role Overview

This role supports both Human Resources functions and client service operations, ensuring smooth people management and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
  • Administration Support: Maintain HR records, compliance, and policy documentation.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate across teams to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Event Coordination Support: Assist with internal and external event-related activities.
  • Business Development Support: Provide HR and operational support that contributes to client service excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Experience in the Event Management/Media industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
