Sr. Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor position in Bhopal is a full-time/part-time role requiring 01-02 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean, orderly, and comfortable environment for customers, and leading a team of housekeeping staff. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the work activities of housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards, training and supporting staff in cleaning procedures and safety protocols, assigning daily tasks, monitoring staff performance, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and addressing cleanliness complaints promptly and professionally. To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience in housekeeping with 02 to 03 years of supervisory or management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. You should also be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and have familiarity with housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
