Sr. Guest Service Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering telephone calls promptly, offering reading materials to single diners, ensuring immaculate grooming standards, escorting guests to their tables, and being well-versed in the departmental BRISOP. Additionally, you will prepare the restaurant/bar for service, carry out effective service, beverage service, maintain detailed knowledge of menus, assist in buffet orientation, attend meetings and training sessions, communicate with the manager, assist in inventory, handle cash transactions, and maintain cleanliness of the bar and beverage trolley.
