Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of high-quality graphics for digital and print media while guiding the design team and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and print materials.
Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop impactful visual strategies.
Create innovative layouts, illustrations, and design assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Review and refine creatives to maintain a high design standard.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas.

Requirements:

4–6+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Proven portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
