Remote What We Offer: Canteen Subsidy Night Shift allowance as per process Health Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Work Life Balance Initiatives Rewards & Recognition What You’ll Be Doing : Study design briefs and determine requirements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present initial ideas Develop illustrations, graphics, banners, design concepts, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions Proactive communication for tasks, requirements, and solutions Ability and striving for new technique/trends learning What We Expect You To Have: 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.5+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Working knowledge of various graphic design areas like social media, printing and other digital marketing A keen eye for aesthetics and details Knowledge of website design will counted as an advantage Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desire to continue building skill set with education and training Be Flexible in CST working hours, though it is not mandatory Job Title : Sr. Graphic Designer Department : Etech Technology Solutions (ETS) Reports to : Project Lead Location : Gandhinagar
