What You’ll Be Doing :

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present initial ideas
• Develop illustrations, graphics, banners, design concepts, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Proactive communication for tasks, requirements, and solutions
• Ability and striving for new technique/trends learning

• 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.5+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Corel Draw
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Working knowledge of various graphic design areas like social media, printing and other digital marketing
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Knowledge of website design will counted as an advantage
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
• Be Flexible in CST working hours, though it is not mandatory
