Sr. Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong visualization & conceptualization to transform concepts into visually appealing graphics and familiarity with next-generation design technologies. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, visualize, and design high-impact creatives for digital campaigns, websites, social media, banners, emails, and other digital assets.
• Create original visual elements including logos, illustrations, and imagery that align with project goals.
• Develop layouts for websites, brochures, magazines, reports, and other print and digital publications with a focus on aesthetics and usability.
• Maintain and enhance a consistent brand identity across all design projects as per brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Create mockups and prototypes for new design concepts before final production.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch for high-quality output.
• Incorporate GenAI tools (text-to-image, text-to-video, AI-based design workflows) to enhance creative processes and efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to elevate visual communication.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery and attention to detail.
• Design for both digital (web, social, email) and print (posters, flyers, banners) ecosystems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized art school.
• 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong conceptual and visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, layout, colour theory, and aesthetics.
• Experience working with GenAI tools, including text-to-image and text-to-video workflows, is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities with the capability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience across pan-agency environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot design challenges and provide innovative solutions quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
