Job Description

ProArch is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Tester to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our software applications meet both functional and user requirements through comprehensive testing practices. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements. Conduct functional testing across various software applications, documenting results, and reporting defects. Work closely with product owners and development teams to understand features and gather testing requirements. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability of features. Identify test scenarios for functional, regression, and smoke testing. Facilitate end-to-end testing processes to ensure application functionality and performance. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on testing activities. Mentor junior testers and assist in developing testing strategies. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in functional testing, preferably in a software development environment.
