Job Description : Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies. Lead development efforts from conception to deployment. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Maintain proper documentation of the systems and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong back-end development experience with Node.js Laravel, , Python, PHP, Java, or .NET. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming. Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in full stack development or cloud computing are an added advantage.
