Job Description

As a New Channel Partner Expansion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and recommend prospects for expanding New Channel partners in the assigned territory. You will serve as the frontline contact for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for all account-related activities, supporting new business development initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners, Retailers, and Mechanics will be crucial to your success in this role. To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and recommend new products. Meeting the sales targets set by the organization is essential to contribute towards regional and organizational goals. You will be required to prepare daily activity reports and communicate effectively with your line manager and the organization. Driving Channel partners by creating territory sales plans and ensuring the execution of the organization's strategies on the ground will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you must work collaboratively with Trade Promotion Executives (TPE) and Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to achieve the organization's objectives. In terms of qualifications, a Graduation/MBA in Marketing is required, along with basic computer operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Presentation software. Previous experience working with reputed brands in the Automotive Industry is mandatory. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry, with specific exposure to the UP East and Central Uttar Pradesh regions. Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of commercial terms and negotiation strategies. Being outgoing and capable of building excellent customer relationships is critical, as is proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.,
