Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (Business Development)

• To analysis the various types of data (financial report, construction progress report, sales report etc.) receive from partner companies
• To compile and summarize the data as per the requirement
• To prepare comparison data (Plan Vs Actual)
• Basis above, advise business improvement plan to partner companies
• May have to prepare and go on business trips frequently so s/he should be flexible
• May have to support in communication with Hindi language sometime
• Making MOM of the meetings
• Gradually other work related to business development will be added as per the requirements in future, so he/she should be comfortable and ready to accept such challenges

Qualification – Minimum University Graduate, Engineering Graduation is an added advantage/preferred.

Skills – Business level fluency required. Proficient in MS Office specially in ‘Excel’. Preferably basic analysis of financial models.

Experience – Min. 5 – Max 8 years in Multinational Companies, those who have knowledge of international diversified business practices is preferable (Gas / Oil / Energy / Automobile Industry, if worked with Japanese company is even better).
Young and dynamic individual, who is a go getter. Will start with understanding data analysis and progressively rise into core BD activities.
