Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive- Vendor Development & NPD, located in Ludhiana. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for developing and managing vendor relationships, identifying potential vendors, and conducting vendor assessments. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and collaborating with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. The role also involves overseeing new product development (NPD) efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that new products meet market demands and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor development, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Strong skills in new product development (NPD) and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining vendor relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis, vendor assessment, and performance management
• B.tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the fasteners industry is a plus
