In your role as a Senior Executive in Supply and Operations at My Trip Villa, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team that is committed to providing extraordinary travel experiences. Your main responsibilities will include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) segments. - Previous experience in vendor management, vendor coordination, negotiations, and onboarding new vendors. - Proficiency in English and a regional language. - In-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations, itineraries, and pricing. - Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to think critically, solve problems, and multitask effectively. - Proven track record of upselling products by suggesting additional offerings to customers. - Capacity to think innovatively and implement new ideas. Your qualifications for this role should include a minimum of a graduation degree in any stream. Candidates with a background in Travel and Tourism Management at the graduate or postgraduate level are preferred.
