Senior Executive- Visa **Job Responsibilities:** - Handling visas of all the booked holiday customers, providing end-to-end support for visa-related queries, giving correct & proper information to the customers, submission of documentations to the visa processing centers & also helping content team to upload visa related content on our website. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail Travel company (B2C). - Prior knowledge of Visa documentation, submissions especially for long-haul destinations. - Good command over English & regional language. - Knowledge of visa documentations, submission requirements of different countries, visa processing center locations. - Highly trustworthy & person can manage his work very efficiently. - Able to provide correct & right visa information to the customers & handle critical visa cases. - Good relationship with industry colleagues & visa offices. - Multitasking & Time management. - Ability to think out of the box & implement new ideas. **Qualification:** - Minimum qualification is graduation in any stream. Travel & tourism management graduate/post-graduate are preferred.,
