Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work from Home during Night Shift as per project needs - Must be flexible to travel based on business requirements - Transition to a Hybrid Work from Office model post-transition **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in SAP environment with T-code knowledge - Experience in shared services or customer-facing environment - Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/DTP) - Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint - Strong verbal and written communication skills - VIM-SAP working knowledge is a plus - Ability to handle multi-tasking confidently **Overall Project/Task Description:** - Verify and approve new requests/changes to business processes - Manage employee expense reimbursement process - Respond to queries promptly and accurately - Create data trackers for monitoring activities - Ensure 100% accuracy rate in day-to-day activities - Efficiently handle daily business activities and maintain data integrity - Good understanding of GRIR process and invoice processing - Prepare AP open items status and manage sub-ledgers of AP **Qualifications:** - Graduate or Post Graduate Bachelor in commerce Join our team at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch IT services across various sectors.
